    Insure that the folder is registered.IIdentify the problem using Section 3 in the Service Manual.IIf using the Service Manual the problem cannot be corrected submit the Problem by use the Report.

Take note of the folder configuration displayed on the folder user interface at power on and select this link to display the corresponding Problem Report Form
